The Challenge of Leadership: "The challenge of leadership is to be strong, but not rude; be kind, but not weak; be bold, but not bully; be thoughtful, but not lazy; be humble, but not timid; be proud, but not arrogant; have humor, but without folly." Jim Rohn
(Quote provided to Leroy the Leadership Guy by Dr. Mary Cauley).
I have been reading about the seasons of the year, the seasons of life and the seasons of leadership from a book by Jeff Iorg. The title of the book is Seasons in a Leader's Life. He describes these three seasons in a leader's life: Learning (passion); Leading (advancing a mission); and Leaving (her legacy--the wisdom).
